St. Francis Borgia Grade School is preparing for our single biggest fundraiser, which will take place on October 6th...our DINNER AUCTION! This event is only held every 3 years and all proceeds benefit our students, school community, and directly offsets the already generous parish subsidy that helps fund Catholic education in our parish.
Our last dinner auction in 2015 raised over $100,000, which was used in part to support much-needed technology upgrades for our school. We now have Smartboards in all classrooms, 1:1 Chromebook usage in grades 3-8, and upgraded school computers, network switches and access points. These are things that would not be possible without the generous support from our bidders and donors like you...and for that we are truly grateful.
We would appreciate your donation to our 2018 auction of an item, service, or experience (e.g. dinners, trips, condo rentals, theme parties, behind the scenes tour, etc.). If you’re able to make a donation, please contact our solicitation co-chairs Sam Unnerstall (636-346-6987) or Kristy Stoyer (636-346-6941) or email us at [email protected]. One of our volunteers will be happy to make any necessary arrangements to pick up your donation.
Your contribution is tax deductible and we can provide the school’s tax ID upon request, as well as a tax acknowledgment letter. If you’d prefer to be a sponsor of the event instead of donating an item, we can provide that information as well.
We are always amazed by the generosity of individuals and businesses in and around Washington. We hope you consider a donation to our auction as St. Francis Borgia Grade School continues to develop students for future leadership in the world through academic excellence, service to others, and living a virtuous life.
